I was able to diganose the falt to the cheep router my provider supplied so upgraded to my own netgear RX20 router and instantly saw the speeds i was paying for being delivered more efficiently. Its a great App very accurate and totally matches my own findings against the service i pay for and the speed of some of my devices when connected. Using this app allowled me to check instantly the speed being piped into my home from the provider to my hub and there fore rule out any fault from my internet provider. I have a 100MB Fiber but due to different phones and computers (old and new) I found my router they supplied was the problem and not the speed they were sending to my house.
